An Email from a mom at school:

With National Educators week upon us and Thanksgiving fast approaching, the R- family would like to show our appreciation for all that you do for J by making dinner for you and your family . I would deliver it at school on the date of your choice in the next few weeks. All I need from you is your choice of meal (based on the choices below), when, the number of people to feed and any dietary restrictions / allergies / dislikes (pls be honest!!!). I am aware of the health concerns you shared briefly I want to make sure we make something that works for you:)
CHOICES (all from scratch, made for you!): Chicken pot pie and mixed greens Vegetables and Beef in au us sauce with herb noodles Triple decker Lasagna with salad
All 3 meals come with butter herbed seeded buns and dessert.
